Chef Vitaly Mulin
A native Moscovite, Vitaly Mulin started his career at the age of 20, and learned to cook at Southern Maine Community College in Portland, Maine. In 2006 he moved to Boston, Massachusetts, where he worked in the best premium restaurants with such eminent chefs like William Della Ventura, Barbara Lynch, Jason Bond and Robert Syska. For a long time he was responsible for the kitchen in the iconic Cafe G, famous for using local farm products. Modern and dynamic, he is constantly in search of new adventures.
